A: Our payment term is 30% T/T deposit before production, balance before shipment.
Q: What is the validity period for quotation?
A: Considering the fluctuation of exchange rate, raw material price and labor cost, our quotation is usually valid for 30 days.
Q: How about your warranty policy?
A: We provide one year free replacement to non-human damaged signs. We will produce and ship to customers for free.
Q: How to do if I don’t have artwork?
A: Don’t worry, we will help you make signage artwork and you just need to send us logo file and tell us your requirement.

A: Of course, upload your artwork on our contact page or send us Email. You can send us in vector CDR, AI, PDF format.

A: For painting we can custom PMS(Pantone) color, tell us color value we will custom make it without extra fee.

Metal fabricated color we have: Brushed silver, gold, rose gold, titanium black; Mirror view silver, gold, rose gold; Wood grain view.
