The surface finish was carefully selected based on the brand identity. Options such as painted metal, brushed stainless steel, or electroplated finishes can be applied depending on project requirements. In this case, a clean and modern finish was used to match the commercial environment.

From a fabrication standpoint, the process follows a structured workflow. It begins with laser cutting of metal components, followed by CNC bending to form the letter returns. Welding is then used to secure the structure, with internal reinforcement added where necessary. After that, surface finishing and painting are completed before installing the LED modules and power system.

Special attention is also given to electrical safety and long-term performance. The LED system uses waterproof modules (IP65 rating), combined with reliable power supplies to ensure stable operation in outdoor conditions.
