The Pingshan High School Park project is a large-scale educational campus development located in Shenzhen, requiring a comprehensive signage system to support navigation across multiple campuses and buildings. In this project, we were responsible for the fabrication and production of a full signage system, including outdoor wayfinding totem signs, building identification signage, and internal directional systems.

All signage products were manufactured using high-strength materials such as galvanized steel structures, aluminum panels, and stainless steel components to ensure long-term durability and structural stability. The surface treatment was completed with outdoor-grade powder coating or automotive paint, providing excellent resistance to UV exposure, corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions, with a service life of 5–10 years.

For illuminated signage, IP65 waterproof LED modules combined with reliable power supply systems were used to ensure stable brightness and long-term performance. All production processes were completed in-house, including laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, polishing, painting, and final assembly, ensuring strict quality control throughout the project.

Due to the large project scale and multiple campus layout, this project required precise production planning and installation coordination. The final signage system achieves clear navigation, unified visual identity, and reliable long-term performance across the entire campus environment.
