Material & Structure

The letters are typically made from cast aluminum or brass, with a thickness ranging from 10mm to 50mm depending on the design requirements. The solid casting structure ensures excellent strength and durability.

After casting, the surface is CNC machined and polished to achieve precise edges and smooth details.

Surface Finish

The surface is treated with brushed finishing combined with electroplating to achieve a high-end metallic texture.
