Gold mirror stainless steel letters are designed for premium signage applications such as luxury retail stores, hotels, office branding, and architectural projects.

Material & Structure

The letters are fabricated using 304 or 316 stainless steel with a typical thickness of 1.0mm to 2.0mm for the face and 0.8mm to 1.5mm for the return. The internal structure can include reinforcement supports depending on the size.

The fabrication process includes laser cutting, slotting, bending, welding, and polishing to ensure precise edges and smooth surfaces.

Surface Finish

The surface is treated with mirror polishing and electroplating (PVD coating) to achieve a gold mirror finish. This process provides excellent corrosion resistance and color stability.
