These custom LED channel letters are manufactured using high-precision metal fabrication processes, with letter bodies made from 1.2–1.5 mm stainless steel or aluminum to ensure structural strength and long-term durability. The face and side panels are combined with 3–5 mm high-transparency acrylic, enabling edge-lit illumination while the back structure allows for halo lighting effect, creating a layered lighting appearance. The internal structure is reinforced to maintain stability and prevent deformation during extended outdoor or indoor use.

The surface is finished with outdoor-grade powder coating or automotive paint, offering strong resistance to UV exposure, corrosion, and environmental wear, with an expected service life of 5–8 years. The lighting system is equipped with IP65 waterproof RGB LED modules and Meanwell power supply, allowing dynamic color effects while ensuring stable performance, energy efficiency, and long lifespan.

All components are produced through a complete in-house process including laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, polishing, painting, LED installation, and final assembly, ensuring strict quality control and consistency. Installation is typically carried out using stud mounting or back panel fixing, with installation templates provided for accurate positioning and efficient on-site installation.
